Silky smooth with a milky aroma, this is an all day favourite for most tea aficionados. This tea is refreshingly sweet on its own and best indulged neat. Known as Jin Xuan in its native Taiwan, this tea is best brewed at 80 degrees for about 1 – 2 minutes.

Brewing instructions
Boil fresh water to 80 degrees
Pour the water slowly over the tea bag in a cup and wait 1-2 minutes for the tea to brew and the flavours to be released
